We know that your tail will WAG when you open your CCCouture delivery! If you require additional images of designs prior to purchase, we’d be glad to accommodate you. Although there are no returns granted, (and you won’t want to return the jewelry, trust us!) CCCouture.com offers an exchange policy on all items with the exception of custom designs and engraved pieces. All documents must accompany the item being exchanged and you are responsible for all shipping charges. The returned package must be returned within 7 days starting on the day that the item was received to ensure credit. For example, if you received the item on June 1st, the returned package must be shipped no later than June 8th for credit to your account. Returns will be thoroughly examined by a gemologist to verify that the item returned is in fact the original item shipped. Jewelry must be in its' original condition. Items altered in any manner will not be issued as a credit. Returns must be made via UPS and fully insured for the amount or purchase with a return receipt. Please contact us by telephone or email with all the information on the item you have selected for the exchange. CCCouture.com will not grant any exchanges on special orders such as customized products and/or additional services requested by the customer.
SHIPPING
Packages will be shipped via UPS second day signature required mail, fully insured, with the return receipt. Saturday Delivery is available with standard rates where available. Delivery time is normally approximately 3 business days from date of completion of design. Overnight and priority delivery is available. Overseas shipping will incur additional charges. Expected delivery time is less than 2 to 6 weeks unless otherwise notified. E-mail us at geralalynn@cccouture.com for further details on any of the shipping methods offered.
PRIVACY POLICY
CCCouture.com promises that when you communicate with us, your personal information, including your name, home and shipping address(es), e-mail address, telephone, cellular phone numbers, banking and credit card account information will be kept private and secure. In no way will CCCouture.com nor C and C Paw Company sell this information to any outside parties. For your convenience and safety, you may call us to place your order. CCCouture.com will hold featured trunk shows, run promotions and contests, update our website, company policy, and/or contact info. We will make all attempts to keep our users abreast of these changes. We woof you! |
